Instant Quotes, Quote Numbers & Shipment Tracking

When a quote is created, AAE may assign a quote number that also functions as the shipment tracking number. We may store the quote and related transportation information in our internal website or business systems so we can manage the request and provide updates.

Tracking information may be entered or updated by AAE based on information from the customer, the assigned carrier or other transportation sources. It may not represent continuous live GPS data.

Information Shared With Independent Motor Carriers

Because American Auto Express operates as a transportation broker and logistics coordinator, certain shipment information must be communicated to independent motor carriers so transportation can be evaluated, accepted, scheduled and performed.

Depending on the shipment stage, this information may include vehicle details, pickup and delivery locations, customer or location contact information, requested dates, operating condition, transportation method and relevant instructions.

Independent motor carriers are separate businesses. Their handling of information may also be governed by their own privacy, recordkeeping, insurance and legal obligations.

Payment Information
